Puzzle#81: Hybrid Sudoku-Odd and Fortress

RULES: Place the digits 1-9 into each row, column and boldly marked area so that they all contain each digit once. 
Odd Rules:If a cell has shaded circle, it must contain an odd digit.
Fortress Rules: if a cell is shaded with rectangular shape then the digit in the cell must be greater than all its orthogonal neighbors . if any orthogonal neighbor of rectangular shaded cell  is rectangular shaded then this rule doesnt apply and any thing is possible
